Price and Status Changes on Your Favorite Homes

Padzilly watches the homes you saved and emails you when the price or status moves.

Padzilly does not just store the homes you favorite — it watches them. When something changes on a home you saved, you get an email about it.

This is separate from your saved searches. Saved searches tell you about new homes. This tells you about the homes you already liked.

What Padzilly watches for

Two things, and they are the two that matter:

A price change. The seller raised or lowered the asking price.

A status change. The listing moved between states — Active, Pending, Under contract, Sold, and so on.

What the email shows you

For each home that changed, you see the old value and the new value side by side. Not just "the price changed" — the actual before and after, so you know immediately whether it moved $2,000 or $40,000.

The email also carries the address, a photo and the property type, so you recognise the house without having to click.

You get one email, not one per house. If three of your favorites changed overnight, they arrive together in a single message. Padzilly groups them on purpose — nobody needs four emails before breakfast.

The email comes in whichever language you set as your Email language in your profile.

Why this is the most useful email Padzilly sends

Because of what each change actually means for you.

A price reduction on a home you already liked is the best news a buyer gets. You did the work of liking it weeks ago; now it costs less. And because Padzilly recalculates against your loan, a home that was red may now be green.

A status change to Pending or Under contract means somebody else made an offer. That is worth knowing the day it happens, not the week after — sometimes those deals fall apart, and the buyer who noticed is the one who is ready when it comes back on the market.

A price increase tells you the seller is getting interest. Expect less room to negotiate.

If you do not want these

These emails have their own unsubscribe, separate from the rest of Padzilly's mail. So you can stop them without losing your saved search alerts, and the other way round.

We would ask you to think twice. This is the one email where Padzilly is telling you something changed about a house you already said you wanted — and a price drop you find out about three weeks late is a price drop somebody else acted on.

Nothing to turn on

There is no setting to configure. Favorite a home and it is watched from then on. Remove it from your favorites and the watching stops.
