Padzilly works best when your real loan is in it. Connecting your lender is what turns the payment on every property page from an estimate into your actual number.
As the screen puts it: connect a lender to unlock pre-qualification and the seller-rebate program.
Go to Profile and find the Your lender section. If no lender is attached yet, you will see a LoanLink button.
You need two things about your lender: their name and their email address. That is all.
If your lender already has a Padzilly account, you are linked to them.
If they do not, Padzilly emails them an invitation. When they register, the link completes on its own — you do not have to do anything else.
There is also a Copy link option, so you can send the invitation yourself through text or WhatsApp instead of relying on email. That is often faster, and it is the fix when an email has not arrived.
The section shows you exactly where you stand:
Not connected — no lender attached yet
Request pending — the invitation went out and you are waiting
Connected — the link is live
While a request is pending you will also see Expires in with a countdown. An invitation does not wait forever. If the countdown runs out before your lender acts, the request lapses and you send a new one.
That countdown is the part worth paying attention to. If it is getting short and your loan officer has not responded, call them instead of waiting — the invitation is sitting in an inbox they have not opened.
We really do recommend this. An unexpected invitation from a platform they have never heard of looks like spam, and plenty of loan officers delete it. A thirty-second phone call — "I'm using Padzilly, I'm sending you something, it's free for you to upload my approval" — makes the difference between a link that completes and one that expires.
This is not done from your profile, and that is deliberate. Switching lenders removes your current loan approval from Padzilly, and because the payment estimates, affordability figures and qualification tools all rely on that approval, much of the platform stops working until a new one is uploaded.
So the change goes through a request instead: padzilly.com/unlink-lender.html
Before you do that, please talk to your current loan officer. Most of the reasons people want to switch turn out to be a communication problem that one conversation fixes — and switching costs you your working numbers in the meantime.
