Padzilly keeps your communication settings together in one place. Open Profile and look in the Personal section — there are three settings there worth knowing about.
Email language
The setting is called Email language. Switch it between English and Spanish.
This controls the language of the emails Padzilly sends you — your alerts, your saved search results, the messages that come from your lender through the platform. Change it once and it applies from then on.
It is a real preference, not a guess based on your browser. If you read English comfortably but prefer Spanish for anything involving money, set it to Spanish and leave it.
Notifications
A simple On / Off switch for push notifications — the alerts that appear on your phone or computer even when Padzilly is not open.
Two things to know:
It is per device. Turning it on here turns it on for the device you are using right now. If you use Padzilly on a phone and a laptop, you set it on each one.
Your browser or phone has the final say. If you blocked notifications for Padzilly at the system level, this switch cannot override it — Padzilly will tell you that notifications are blocked. You have to allow them in your browser or phone settings first, then come back.
You will only see this setting if your device supports push notifications at all.
Allow agents to contact me about my favorites
A Yes / No toggle, and the one worth reading carefully, because it is about who can reach you.
You will only see it if you do not already have an agent on Padzilly. Once you are working with an agent, the question no longer applies and the setting disappears.
Set it to Yes and real estate agents whose listings you have been saving can see that you are shopping and reach out to you. Set it to No and they cannot — you stay invisible to them.
Neither answer is the right one for everybody. If you do not have an agent and you want one, Yes is how you get found by someone who already knows the homes you are looking at. If you are early, just browsing, and you do not want calls, No is the correct answer and nothing else about Padzilly changes.
You can switch it back at any time.
If you want to stop the emails entirely
Every notification email from Padzilly has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Use it and the emails stop.
We would rather you changed the language than unsubscribed. Your lender's updates are how you find out that a home you favorited dropped its price, or that your approval changed what you can afford. Unsubscribing is quiet, and quiet is how people miss the house they wanted.
