Yes. You can use Padzilly without a buyer's agent, and the platform is built so that a buyer who wants to do it themselves can.
What follows is the honest version: what works without an agent, and the one thing that does not.
Everything financial, which is most of what Padzilly is for.
Search the MLS and filter by what you actually qualify for
See the real monthly payment and cash to close on every home, against your own loan
Structure an offer in OfferPro — change the price, the down payment, the seller contribution — and see immediately whether it still qualifies
Save homes, compare them side by side, save searches and get alerted on new matches
Generate a qualification letter
None of that needs a buyer's agent. You can take the numbers you built and submit an offer directly to the listing agent or the seller.
Requesting a showing through Padzilly.
The Request Showing button sends your request to an agent who then arranges access with the listing side. So it needs an agent on the other end.
In practice this means: if you are browsing Padzilly's own catalog rather than a specific agent's site, and you have no agent linked to your account, the Request Showing button will not be available to you. It becomes available once you have an agent.
That is not Padzilly withholding a feature. There is simply nobody to send the request to.
Without an agent, you see homes the normal way: call the listing agent on the listing, or contact the seller, and arrange it directly. That is exactly how a DIY buyer has always done it.
Since the NAR settlement, some agencies ask buyers to sign a buyer-broker agreement before they will work with them. Not everybody wants to sign one.
Going without a buyer's agent can also give you room. With no cooperating agent commission in the deal, some sellers are willing to go further on price or on concessions. That is a real negotiating position, and Padzilly gives you the numbers to use it: you can walk in knowing exactly what offer still qualifies for you.
An agent earns their place on the parts Padzilly does not do. Contracts and disclosures, inspection findings, what a specific neighbourhood is really like, and a negotiation that has gone sideways — those are judgement and experience, not arithmetic.
Padzilly handles the arithmetic very well. It does not read a seller's disclosure for you.
In Profile, while you have no agent, you will see a setting called Allow agents to contact me about my favorites. Set it to Yes and agents whose listings you have been saving can see that you are shopping and reach out — which is a low-pressure way to meet one who already knows the homes you are looking at. Set it to No and you stay invisible.
You can change it whenever you like, and nothing else about your account depends on it.
