# How Does Padzilly Ensure My Loan Information is Secure? (B1124-013)

What is never stored, what is, and who can see your favorites and notes.

Your loan approval is some of the most sensitive information you own. Here is exactly what Padzilly keeps and what it does not.

### What Padzilly does not store

**Padzilly does not hold the private parts of your loan file.** We do not store:

- Your social security number

- Your credit accounts or credit report

- Your bank account or routing details

- Your date of birth

- Your employment information

None of it is in Padzilly, because none of it is needed to do what Padzilly does.

### What Padzilly does store

Two categories, and that is all:

**The numbers from your loan approval** — your payment limit, your available funds, your loan amount, your rate, your loan program and the limits that go with it. These are figures, not documents.

**Basic contact information** — your name, your email, your mobile number and the address on your profile.

That is what it takes to calculate whether a house works for you. A payment calculation needs a rate and a limit. It does not need to know where you work.

### Why this design matters

Most tools that touch a mortgage end up holding a copy of the whole file. Padzilly deliberately does not, because the safest way to protect data is not to have it.

All of it is protected with industry-standard encryption, and we operate in line with applicable privacy laws.

### Who can see your information inside Padzilly

This is the part people actually want to know, and it is worth being direct about.

**Your linked loan officer and your real estate agent can see your saved properties and your notes.** That is by design — it is how they help you. The notes you leave on a home are a shared conversation with your team, not a private diary, and each one shows who wrote it.

So write notes as messages to the people helping you buy, because that is what they are.

**Your financial figures are not shared with strangers.** When you send someone a property link, they see the listing — photos, price, description, details — and nothing about your loan, your payment or your approval. Those are calculated from your profile, and a visitor does not have one.

**Agents cannot find you unless you let them.** If you have no agent, your profile has a setting called _Allow agents to contact me about my favorites_. Set to **No**, agents cannot reach you. Set to **Yes**, agents whose listings you have been saving can. You control it, and you can change it at any time.

### What you control directly

- Whether agents may contact you, as above

- Your email language

- Push notifications, per device

- Unsubscribing from any Padzilly email, through the link at the bottom of it

- Deleting your own notes

### If something looks wrong

If a figure in your profile is incorrect, it came from your loan approval, and the fix is with your loan officer rather than with Padzilly — they are the source of those numbers. For anything about your account or your data, contact Padzilly support.
