Padzilly's listings come from MLS databases. Understanding how that works explains most of the "why can't I see homes here?" questions — and it is not the answer most people expect.
You will not find a page listing every supported MLS. Coverage is not a static map you look up; it depends on whose MLS connection is serving your search.
To find out whether an area works, search it. Padzilly tells you on the spot.
This is the key idea.
An MLS is a regional database, and access to it is bought by licensed professionals for the regions they work in. Padzilly does not hold one national feed — it uses the MLS connections of the agents on it.
So the listings you see are the listings your agent's MLS carries. If you have an agent linked to your account and you search outside their region, Padzilly says exactly that: your agent's MLS does not cover this area. Try searching in areas where your agent has MLS coverage.
That message is not a bug report. It is telling you the gap is your agent's coverage, not Padzilly's.
If you have no agent linked, you are searching Padzilly's own catalog instead.
"We don't have coverage here yet." Nothing serves that area. Import from other sites, and check again in a few months — coverage expands.
"No results in this area" plus the note about your agent's MLS. The area may well be covered; your agent just does not reach it. Talk to your agent — many hold more than one MLS subscription, and some can add one. If the area is where you are genuinely buying, you may need an agent who works there.
Because an MLS subscription is a professional licence, not something a software company can buy once and resell nationally. Working through the agents who already hold those subscriptions is what makes real, current listing data possible at all — with the accurate taxes, HOA fees and status changes that the payment calculations depend on.
The trade-off is this per-agent coverage boundary. We would rather you understood it than wondered why a search came back empty.
Importing. Use the Padzilly browser extension to send listings from Zillow or Realtor into your Favorites. Padzilly calculates your real payment, your cash to close and whether you qualify on every imported home.
You lose the search. You keep the qualification maths, which is the reason you came to Padzilly in the first place.
Your MLS connections decide what your buyers can see. Adding a connection widens every one of your buyers' searches at once, and there is a separate guide for managing those connections in the Partner portal.
